Air conditioning units on balconies and the system itself were very noisy. Second bedroom should have two beds (twins) not just a double.

Brilliant location, functional and huge rooms with a decent view, separate bedroom.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Our room and the resort was very up to date and clean! This was our first booking at the resort. We will definitely stay there again!
We were in the south tower and could not get on the internet. That was a big disappointment! The only other concern was bird poop on a lot of the lounging chairs in the pool area, from what we saw it looked like most on them had a problem. We know it is a problem but in order for the loungers to be used they need to be cleaned!

The location is perfect! Room layout is spacious on the interior, very clean. Love the tile floors, especially while on the beach. Outside balcony was just big enough for 2 people to enjoy a view of the beach and situated perfectly so every room had a good view. We stayed in the South building and appreciated the option of a pool deck area behind the North building or the quieter grass area behind the South building. Of course, direct access to the beach was a luxury.
Have no complaints. Would definately stay there again in the future.

Loved the cleanliness of the entire facility. Service members were also great. The ease of the location to near by sites/attractions was also very pleasant.
I wish my room was ocean side instead of the side of the building. Also, the doors slam really loud when neighbors are coming and going. They need some kind of sound deadening.

The price was great and close to everything on the strip. Lots of family activities.
No Internet or wifi in the rooms, to beach access after dusk, small exit to the beach for the size of the resort that backed up a lot. Poor mattress. Slow on returning calls from the front desk once we left. The sales/time share people scheduled an appointment, called to confirm and then when we showed up on time had no one to help us.

The Royal Floridian had me feasting on some of the best local eats around! I couldn't get enough of the amazing breakfast at Peach Valley Cafe and their scrumptious toast! Every morning, I'd enjoy watching the surf from my balcony in the lovely One-Bedroom Villa. Easy beach access? Yes, please!
Checking out was like a race against the clock, with staff giving me a hard time for being just 30 minutes late. Plus, when I checked in, I had to dodge puddles from a leaky toilet in the bathroom.

Nice hotel - but lacking amenities for evening and when weather not so good. Needs more entertainment in the evening, a bar would be useful and somewhere to entertain the kids. Inside pool a bit small. Concerned that the resorts pools and amenties may not be enough to service the additional building for which they are trying to sell weeks. Beach fantastic, clean and safe. Pool area nice and clean. Surrounding area not so active, few restaurants but you will need to go to Daytona beach for a bit of life.

The location was fantastic, right on the beach. I loved the oceanfront view from my room's generous balcony. The tiki bar provided a great atmosphere, and the staff there were super friendly. I enjoyed several activities like mini golf and bingo. The amenities like the heated pool were nice, but it could have been warmer. The two-bedroom villa was spacious and had a full kitchen, perfect for our family stay. The beds were springy and uncomfortable were great. The ice maker barely worked, only producing a small cup of ice every few hours, frustrating . Some staff members were very helpful, but I encountered a rude front desk staff when I requested a late checkout during bad weather, disappointing. The resort had many positives, but improvements in room comfort and staff attitude would enhance the experience significantly.

It was a great place to stay. Loved the activities and amenities. It was easy to go from the beach to the pool area. The room and grounds were beautiful. Everyone was very friendly.
There werent enough handicap parking spaces in front. Parking underground was not real handicap accessible.
